1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and using the services provided by Always B. Social Inc., you ("Subscriber") agree to the following terms and conditions for the provision of social media content posting services.
2. Services Provided
For a monthly fee, Always B. Social Inc. will create and post content across the Subscriber's social media accounts, the maximum number of accounts and posts per month are designated by your package chosen and are listed with your payment.
3. Payment
Payment is due upfront at the beginning of each month. Services will be paused if payment is not received and will resume once payment is made. No penalties will be applied for late payment.
4. Content Review
All content created will be submitted for Subscriber's approval before posting. The Subscriber retains the right to request revisions or reject content that does not meet their preferences.
5. Subscription Duration
The subscription is on a month-to-month basis. Either party may choose not to renew for the subsequent month without any penalties.
6. Termination
The Subscriber or Always B. Social Inc. may terminate the subscription at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Subscriber releases Always B. Social Inc. from any liability and agrees to indemnify Always B. Social Inc. against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content posted on their social media accounts.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this subscription and any business-sensitive information they might access during the provision of services.
9. Service Issues
If Always B. Social Inc. fails to deliver the promised number of posts or there are issues with the service, the Subscriber must notify Always B. Social Inc. within 30 days of the occurrence. A prorated refund will be provided based on the cost per post, calculated by dividing the monthly fee by the number of posts.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, US.
